Overview

The Yamini Innovations Ethics Committee (YIEC) reviews, approves and monitors human participant research under the aegis of Yamini Innovations LLP. The Committee adheres to ICMR National Ethical Guidelines, ICH-GCP standards and CDSCO regulations.

Submission Guidelines

Investigators and sponsors must submit a complete package to the YIEC Secretariat. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

  • Protocol and synopsis
  • Informed consent forms
  • Investigator’s CV & valid GCP certificate
  • Insurance / compensation proof (if applicable)

Processing Time: Completed applications are scheduled for the next bi-monthly meeting.

YIEC meets every two months; however emergency meeting can be convened on the request of PI as a special case—submission cut-off: 14 days before meeting.

Governance & Conflict of Interest

YIEC members declare conflicts of interest in writing and abstain from relevant reviews. All records are securely retained for a minimum of five years after study completion.
